If you know us primarily from Instagram, you might not know this! But we ARE the preeminent magazine for sexy fun and vivacious (only sometimes strident) glamour. There are some things we did this year (start a world-famous TV show) and some things we didn’t (spring break). Enough parentheticals for now!

Debuted a hot, new look! In keeping with our vibe and desire to Have Fun On The Internet, we debuted a Web 1.0-inspired site that has a museum in the sidebars. Very Famous is a virtual home for ephemeral, glittery environments — maybe it’s mall jazz, maybe it’s ranch dressing, maybe it’s futuristic pop stars, maybe it’s casino lust, maybe it’s satin blouses.
Wrote about LUST! Back in June, we were thirsty for lust, for that amorphous, singer-songwriter place your mind goes when you’re thinking of a feeling or a person. We were very lucky to have Katie Joy write about being plagued by lust; Shawn Ocean write about JoJo’s song “Edibles”; Katy Aus write about tans; VF employee Kelsey write about small dogs and easy crushes; and Sebastian Sommer write about soulmates in the belly of a casino and peanut butter and jelly allergies.
Started a TV Show! On IG Live most Thursday nights, Kelsey, our host of 15 Minutes With Very Famous, chats about real estate, weird TikTok, the lottery, the craziest houses you’ll ever see, Mary-Kate and Ashley’s college years, Glamour Shots, glamorous entrepreneurship, beloved Texas restaurant Luby’s, phone lines, and more.
Made a Beauty Tutorial! Very Famous Seventh-Grader @Sparkle_Angel737 showed us how to use Dream Matte Mousse.
