Content Starts Late Night Real Estate: Heaven or Las Vegas (It’s That Good)

Sometimes when the Casamigos and sodas are flowing and you’re in Long Island City with Matt and Viviana of THNK1994, something so perfectly crazy comes along it feels like a hallucination. 4115 Don Bonito St. in Las Vegas is a party house in the purest, freakiest sense. There is a wrap-around indoor pool with a giant Burger King sign, a pool looking in on the dining room (muffled splashing meets a ham-and-cheese tray, white wine, and candles separated only by a sheet of glass), a wet bar, a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.

This is the kind of place where you can do drugs and, years later, raise a family. A “classic Vegas mid-century modern ranch-style house” with, as realtor Kourtney Wagner touts, “a rare instance to own an indoor swimming pool home.” There are ’70s accents all over this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home about equidistant from the trifecta of a Starbs, a Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall, and Crystal Palace skating center. This desert key party of a home has a sunken living room, floating staircase, stone fireplace, and a wet bar with enough room for pinball machines.

The Indoor Pool Real Estate Agency also noticed a banner in the bar from defunct cult pizza chain Showbiz Pizza’s Rock-afire Explosion, so now we REALLY wondering who owns this gem. Built in 1973, this special home, faded in just the right ways, could absolutely be a well-cared-for canvas to restore to the finest parts of its ’70s roots. What would Very Famous do? Repaint the bedroom walls to a pastel situation, add some sultry plants to the pool area, line the party sub-length shelf with slinky things, and stock that wet bar.
